What is CBD?
CBD, or cannabidiol, is one of the many naturally occurring compounds found in the cannabis or hemp plant. It is the most beneficial and abundant cannabinoid found in the cannabis family.
Is CBD legal?

Will CBD get my pet high?
NO. There are no psychoactive effects from CBD or our CBD products. If too much is given at one time, there may be sedating effects. NO HIGH.
Are there any side effects?
The only report we have received is, if a pet is given too much at once there may be a sedating effect. Customers have reported no adverse side effects from use of our CBD products.
Can I give CBD to my pet with other medications or prescriptions?
Yes. There are no known drug interactions between our CBD products and other medications or prescriptions. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before adding any supplement to your pet’s daily regimen.
How do I administer CBD to my pets?
Our CBD oil can be given orally as a daily supplement or situationally. You can place the drops of tincture directly in your pet’s mouth, put it on treats, add to wet or dry food, or place it on a body part for your pet to lick off. However your pet ingests it, it will be effective. There is no need to dilute our product.
Can I give CBD to all of my pets?
YES. You can give it to all vertebrate animals! This includes rabbits, birds, reptiles, horses, goats, cats, dogs, etc. If it has a spine, it has an Endocannabinoid System. Again, always consult with your vet first.
How much should I give my pet?
Each animal requires different dosing depending on size, breed, age, weight, and other factors. We always recommend starting with 3-4 drops, 1-2 times daily. Increase as needed according to your pet’s individual needs. Do not be afraid to play with dosing. You cannot overdose on CBD.
How is it made?
Our hemp is grown in Central Oregon. Our single source full spectrum hemp oil is cold pressed and extracted using ethanol alcohol. It is created and manufactured entirely in the Pacific Northwest. It contains natural compounds and terpenoids including CBD, CBDA, CBC, CBG and CBN. Our Pet Therapy Oil is made with wild salmon oil, avocado oil, and vitamin E.

Will my pet build a tolerance if CBD is used for a long time?
Not that we are aware. Each animal is different and will metabolize the CBD at different rates. It is safe to use indefinitely.
What is the Endocannabinoid System?
The Endocannabinoid System, or ECS, is a biological system composed of endocannabinoids (cannabinoids that are naturally produced by the body) and the receptors they bind to, CB1 and CB2. The ECS has been shown to promote regulation or homeostasis of physiological and cognitive processes throughout the brain and body. All vertebrate animals have an ECS.
Do I need a prescription for my pet to use CBD?
NO. We always recommend consulting your veterinarian before starting any new regimen with your pet, but YOU are the prescriber on this one. YOU decide if you want your pet to receive the benefits of CBD or not.
How long will a bottle of oil last?
It will depend on your pet’s effective daily dose. All bottles are 30ml. If your pet’s daily dose is 1ml (one dropper), the bottle would last approximately 30 days. Customers report their bottle lasts several weeks, but individual results will vary.
Can my pets use CBD even if they are in good health?
YES. CBD is an incredibly beneficial wellness supplement for all health types. When ingested it creates homeostasis in the body, promoting wellness and giving support to all biological systems. It is a neuroprotectant and anti-inflammatory as well.
